Can I schedule my delivery in advance?

Yes! You are able to schedule a delivery for a later date or time, even if the restaurant is currently closed. If you use our Android app this functionality is available to you now. For all other users, this functionality will be coming to you soon, so stay tuned!


On the checkout screen, tap on the “When” section to select when you would like your order delivered. You can choose from 30 minutes time slots up to 7 days in advance.

Once you have selected a date and time, tap on “Schedule Delivery” at the bottom of the screen to complete scheduling your delivery.

After scheduling your delivery you’ll receive a confirmation email with the scheduled date and time. If for some reason the date or time are incorrect, or if your plans have changed, you can cancel your delivery at no cost to you as long as the delivery is not in progress.

Once a delivery is scheduled, the time and date can not be updated. You will need to cancel and reschedule.

Is your favorite restaurant currently closed? No problem, just search for them on the app and you’ll be able to schedule your delivery for when they open, or a later date and time.

From here select the items you want and you’ll go through the same process detailed above to schedule your delivery.
