The status of your delivery is displayed on the tracking screen. You can see what step in the process your order is at and the estimated time that we expect your delivery to arrive. Please note that the estimated delivery time may be adjusted to accommodate prep time at the restaurant and traffic for your Postmate.
Once your Postmate has picked up your order, you will be able to track their location on a map. You can contact your Postmate if needed by tapping the Help button next to their name. Feel free to let your Postmate know if you have any special instructions for reaching you at the dropoff address (e.g. if you have a gate code).
As your Postmate arrives to your delivery address, we will notify you of their arrival with a push notification to your device and an SMS to the phone number you entered at checkout.
