Why did I get charged for a promotional item?

Let us look into this for you! Navigate to the home page of the app and tap the clock icon in the top left hand corner to access your Order History page. Tap on the delivery in question, tap “Contact Support”. On the website, click on your avatar at the top right hand of the screen, click “Deliveries” and then select the order in question and click “Customer Support”. Our team will look into it for you.
