For the fastest results, contact Customer Service by tapping the clock icon in the top-right corner of the Postmates app, tap the name of the merchant you ordered from, scroll to the bottom and tap “Contact Support.”
On the web, open up your Delivery History, select the merchant you ordered from and click “Contact Support”.
