A hold was placed on my account due to unusual order activity, what do I do?

When Postmates detects unusual activity on your account, we immediately place a hold on your account while we look into the issue. To help expedite this process, we ask that you provide proof of identity and proof of address via our contact form.

Once we’ve received your documentation, we’ll be able to finish your account review and remove the hold on your account as quickly as possible. 

Please provide:

  • Photo Identification - Valid forms include Driver’s License, Passport, or other government-issued ID. Your name, address, date of birth, and picture should all be clearly visible.

  • Proof of Address - Valid forms include a utility bill or lease agreement. Your name, address, and company/agency logo should all be clearly visible.
