How will I get a receipt for my order?

When you order has been completed, Postmates automatically sends you a copy of the merchant's receipt (if available) as well as the breakdown of fees from Postmates including your subtotal, tax, service fee, and total charge including tip. In the event you did not receive this email, simply reach out to Contact Customer Service via the Help Center main page and we can resend this copy to your desired email address.

In the event that you need an itemized receipt and one was not provided by the merchant, please contact Customer Service and we can attempt to provide documentation based on your needs.
